We invite public authorities and procurement professionals to take part in a short survey mapping the challenges and support needs related to Article 7 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). Article 7 requires public authorities to prioritise energy-efficient purchasing and to document compliance through standardised eForms in Tenders Electronic Daily (TED).

Your input will help the European Commission develop future guidance and practical support tools for procurement officials. The results will also support the establishment of a new Community of Practice on Energy Efficient Procurement, designed to facilitate peer exchange and best-practice sharing.

The survey is carried out by consultants from Öko-Institut, Tecnalia and Revolve, takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and all responses will be treated confidentially.
