We are pleased to announce the completion of the first advisory support package delivered through the Innovation Procurement Hubs programme, following a six-week collaboration with a public authority in Hamburg, Germany.

The engagement focused on strengthening how innovation procurement impact and institutional performance are measured in practice through a clear KPI framework, alongside practical tools and templates to support evaluation, reporting, and decision-making. 

Beyond the technical outputs, this first engagement also yielded valuable reflections from the beneficiary on what matters most in practice as well as some insight to share with other public authorities.
