The Expression of Interest (EOI) Survey for the Innovation Procurement Hubs programme is now open for a new cycle!
We are pleased to announce that public authorities across the European Economic Area can once again apply for support through the programme. The second cycle of advisory support will run from 20 April to 15 July.
Through the survey, applicants can express their interest in receiving tailored advisory support, participating in peer-to-peer exchanges, or both. This is an opportunity to access targeted assistance to address internal challenges related to the implementation of innovation procurement, strengthen relevant practices and frameworks, and connect with peers to exchange knowledge and share best practices.
We are also pleased to share that the programme has officially kicked off its advisory work with the first beneficiary public authority. The support currently focuses on the development of a target-setting framework for innovation procurement and a financial planning and budgeting model, aiming to strengthen strategic alignment, ensure sustainable resource allocation, and build a robust foundation for long-term innovation procurement activities.
You can access the survey and submit your Expression of Interest here. A short guide with instructions and clarifications on how to complete the survey is available here.
For further details on the advisory support packages, the peer-to-peer exchange framework, and how the submitted information will be used in the selection process, you can consult the webinar presentation and recording here, as well as the related Q&A document here.
