The PPE + Europe training programme, Strategic procurement training for centralised procurement organisations, is a four-year project with four rounds of trainings (31 training days in total) that aims to support public buyers get better value for public spending and achieve rapid, efficient, sustainable, and innovative procurement.
The training programme comprises 31 training days and is planned to be held in on-site and online modes. After the successful implementation of the first and second round of the training programme, the following structure is currently envisaged for the third round of training (more information will be provided to applicants upon acceptance to the programme):
- Block 1 (on-site - Vienna): 2026, Calendar Week 39+40
- Block 2 (online): 2026, Calendar Week 42+43
- Block 3 (online): 2026, Calendar Week 46+47
- 2 In-depth modules: between Calendar Week 3 and 4 in 2027 (each 4 half-days online).
- Block 4 (on-site - Brussels): 2027, Calendar Week 8
- Agile Leadership (3-day asynchronous module between Calendar Week 48 and 52 of 2026)
- Final PPE+ Europe conference in Q1 2028 (1 day)
