Following an extensive application process, PPE+ Europe 2025 has selected 44 public procurement professionals from 21 European countries for its second training programme aiming to support public buyers to get better value for public spending. The selected participants will begin their training on 15 September in Vienna. 

Participants will gain in-depth insights into the Public Procurement Excellence Programme, learning directly from leading experts and practitioners. The training combines cutting-edge theory with hands-on practice and offers a platform for valuable exchange within the European procurement community. 

The relevance and excellence of the program is underlined by the overwhelming amount of applications received this year. Participants will have more opportunities to join this training programme that will also take place in 2026 and 2027. More information about the 2024 edition can be found here.
