The Public Buyers Community on AI procurement brings together public authorities across Europe to strengthen capacity for responsible AI purchasing. Through shared knowledge and standard procurement tools, the community supports the development of the EU AI Model Contractual Clauses, standardized terms developed by the Community of Practice  to help public buyers align AI contracts with the requirements of the EU AI Act.
