The 4th Leap to Zero Conference will take place on 3–4 November 2026 in Brussels, bringing together leading stakeholders committed to advancing zero-emission construction sites across Europe.
Co-hosted by Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) and the Big Buyers Working Together (BBWT) Project, and supported by members of the Leap to Zero network, the conference will focus on accelerating the role of cities and public procurement in driving the climate and industrial transition.
Over two days, participants will explore key themes including procurement strategies, financing and total cost of ownership (TCO), infrastructure and energy planning, innovation, health and safety, and practical case studies. A study visit will also be included in the programme.
Further information, including the draft agenda and registration details, will be shared in due course. For now, participants are invited to save the date and plan to attend in Brussels this November 2026.
