Summary
Achieving circular value chains through public procurement requires a fundamental shift toward value chain collaboration (VCC). This webinar will explore needs and barriers to fostering VCC in the public procurement of ICT and phones. 

Highlighting two cases from North-West Europe, the session will present perspectives from both buyers and suppliers. Speakers will emphasise the importance of collaboration across the value chain.

Circular Shift is an EU-funded project initiated to scale up the circular public procurement of textiles and ICT/phones in 5 Member States (the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Ireland). Circular Shift is developing a value chain collaboration (VCC) method of procurement that will be piloted by public authorities.
