Description
As part of the evaluation of the Public Procurement Directives (see Register of Commission Documents - SWD(2025)332), the European Commission launched a series of targeted studies from external consultants to support its assessment of the Directives. The studies examine, among other issues, the relevance and EU added value of the Directives, their internal and external coherence, transparency and integrity, cost-benefit and efficiency considerations, and levels of competition in EU public procurement markets.
