Have your say on the consultation
The European Commission is inviting stakeholders to take part in a 12-week consultation to help shape the revision of the EU Public Procurement Directives. The goal is to modernise and simplify the rules to support more efficient, strategic public investment. Public authorities, businesses, civil society, social partners, and academia are encouraged to respond to the questionnaire and share evidence through the Have Your Say portal. The consultation is open until 26 January 2026 and will inform a legislative proposal expected in Q2 2026.
