Scaling Up Clean Technologies: Key Insights from the BBWT Webinar on the Net-Zero Industry Act

On 7 October 2025, the Big Buyers Working Together (BBWT) project will host  the second Virtual Meeting with Decision Makers, focusing on “The Net-Zero Industry Act (NZIA): supporting the clean energy transition through public procurement.” 

The webinar will bring together public buyers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to explore how procurement can accelerate the EU’s net-zero objectives and strengthen European clean technology manufacturing. Participants discussed how local and national authorities can leverage the NZIA to support clean tech upscaling, and how Green Public Procurement (GPP) can contribute to decarbonisation goals.
