Early-stage collaboration between public buyers and suppliers — and aligning on societal needs across organisations and borders — is essential to unlocking faster, more effective, and more inclusive innovation in Europe.
To support this, we’re gathering insights to design a Co-Publishing Space (CPS): a digital platform that could facilitate early exchange and communication on upcoming innovation procurement needs, and enable cross-border co-publication and alignment around shared societal challenges.
This survey aims to:
- Better understand the most relevant use cases for the Co-Publishing Space
- Identify key features that would support these use cases
- Gather expectations from across the ecosystem to inform next steps
By participating in this short survey, you’ll help ensure that any future CPS design reflects real-world needs and practices — supporting more open, accessible, and innovation-friendly procurement across the EU/EEA.
The survey takes just 10–15 minutes to complete. Your input will help shape the direction of this important initiative.
