Description
Procure Innovation EU has the plasure to announce the thir webinar addressed to Decision Makers from Contracting Authorities from the European Economic Zone. During this webinar we have invited Kamila Gasinska to participate and share the Lithuania’s innovative procurement approach for digital solutions.
Kamila Gasinska is the Strategic Partnerships Lead at GovTech Lab Lithuania, where she fosters collaboration between the public sector and startups to address key challenges and drive digital transformation. Her passion for public sector innovation is rooted in her background as a psychologist, as she seeks to shift public servants' mindsets to enhance service delivery. In addition to her role in Lithuania, she is a Co-Founder and Board Member of the GovTech Global Alliance, a worldwide network uniting public, private, and third-sector organizations across the GovTech, CivTech, and CivicTech landscape to support an ecosystem that creates products and services aimed at improving citizens' lives.
During her presentation, Kamila will highlight Lithuania’s experience in using the Design Contest—a method traditionally applied in architecture—as an innovative procurement approach for digital solutions. Over the past four years, the GovTech Lab Lithuania team has funded and supported more than 60 design contests, enabling various Lithuanian public sector organizations to procure innovative digital solutions. Lithuania is now promoting this approach at a pan-European level through the EU GovTech Incubator (GovTech4All project).
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to explore a fresh approach to procurement directly from Lithuania’s experience! Whether you’re looking to innovate in digital solutions or learn how design-focused methods can enhance public procurement, this session is for you.
