The second European Commission’s Helpdesk service on GPP webinar of 2023 will address social clauses in tendering procedures.
This webinar will analyse the current state of play of the use of social considerations in tendering procedures, what are the most commonly used types of social clauses (considerations linked to employment, training, gender equality or combating discrimination) and at which stage of the procurement cycle.
This webinar aims to discuss these issues and facilitate the exchange of experiences and good practices between contracting authorities.
