Public procurement in EU - recent developments and perspectives

The State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures is organizing an international conference in the field of public procurement, which will be held under the support of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development with the participation of:
- The European Commission - Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SME's
- Representatives of first instance public procurement review bodies
Conference objectives
The conference is intended to inform public procurement stakeholders about the latest trends in the European Union public procurement law. Prominent speakers will present the content and effects of the latest European Union public procurement legislation which covers the area of public procurement at the European Union level (regulations, sectorial legislation, directives and judgments of the European Court of Justice), and will shape public procurement law in member states in the coming period.
