1. Welcome and Introduction (30 min)
- Presentation and benefits for stakeholders of the project EPREL Services
- Presentation of the provisions in the EED on public procurement
2. Discussion of predefined Questions (60 min)
- Are there national or regional formal requirements for public procurement concerning energy efficiency or other criteria (e.g.: noise, water consumption, reparability, emissions)?
- How and when do you define criteria for energy efficiency in the procurement procedure? Do you use specific procedures like statistical market analysis?
- If you had access to a tool combining EPREL data with other product and market data, what features should it provide (e.g.: statistics, filtering, sorting, comparisons, policy impact evaluation)?
- What are common difficulties in procuring energy labelled products and how could the procedure be supported with appropriate tools? Are there other types of data not available in EPREL that would support public procurement procedures if combined with EPREL data (e.g.: product availability, prices)?
- How could a tool help you define the required energy labelling classes and select the best offer?
- If you are procuring packages like complete kitchens with different appliances, how do you specify energy efficiency and other requirements for the whole package related to the Energy Efficiency legislation?
