Objectives of the CoP Zero Emission Construction Sites ZECS are:

  1. Exchange experiences and best practices.
  2. Share market intelligence and engage in joint market dialogue.
  3. Jointly develop and implement procurement approaches for low- and zero-emission construction sites.
  4. Exchange ideas on contract performance and emissions monitoring during construction.
  5. Explore and strengthen solutions for reliable on-site energy supply.
  6. Develop and communicate ZECS added value to others.
  7. Scale-up ZECS from pilots to standard practice, by mainstreaming of emission-free with wider institutional and industry green transition

  1.  Aligned demands across public buyers, to support take-up by industry.
  2. Proved feasibility and documented socio-environmental impact of ZECS and ZE machinery.
  3. Increased visibility of the importance of ZECS and potential solutions available to public buyers
