EP Plenary adopts provisions on procurement

In April, several legislative proposals including provisions on public procurement were adopted.

These acts will regulate aspects linked to the environmental and social sustainability of products and companies, the resilience of EU supply chains, and health-related data. They will only take effect after formal publication in the Official Journal of the EU. Furthermore, some of them will require the adoption of implementing or delegated acts to achieve their full legal effects.
