The session outlined the key challenges in Innovation Procurement we aim to address, provided an overview of the support framework available to public authorities from January 2026 onwards, and outlined the system for beneficiaries to request such support.

We are pleased to announce the first meeting of the new phase of the Strategic Public Procurement Dialogues Project. This online event for Public Procurement Dialogues community members will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 13:00 to 15:00 CET. 

In the evolving landscape of strategic public procurement, collaboration and dialogue hold the key to crafting policies that drive innovation, sustainability, and social improvement. Building on this ethos, the Strategic Public Procurement Dialogues Project is embarking on a new phase. 

Seven countries are now using the CO₂ Performance Ladder to cut emissions and make green public procurement the norm. The community met in London to share lessons, celebrate progress, and shape the next steps.

Yesterday marked the official start of our training journey, and what an inspiring beginning it was! Bundesbeschaffung GmbH, ICLEI Europe, and EY Romania kicked off with a dynamic and engaging agenda at our Vienna venue, Quartier Sechs.
