The Public Consultation and Call for Evidence supporting the revision of the 2014 Public Procurement Directives closed on 26 January, generating strong stakeholder engagement: 745 contributions submitted under the Call for Evidence and 1,037 responses received through the Public Consultation. 

ASSORUP has launched new European initiatives to strengthen the professionalisation of public buyers, including a Europe-wide survey. Public procurement professionals are invited to contribute to shaping future standards and collaboration across the EU.

Two major European Innovation Council (EIC) projects, SPIN4EIC and InnoMatch, are offering the last calls for public administrations to strengthen their innovation procurement efforts, with dedicated support provided through a consortium of expert partners.

On 13th November 2025, over 30 participants from EU Member States came together online for the “Procurement Dialogues” Community of Practice. The meeting spotlighted progress on strategic public procurement roadmaps, shared challenges and successes.

The Public Procurement Network has collected approximately 290 supporting instruments from 11 countries. This invaluable resource pool includes manuals, guidelines, templates, and much more, all accessible via public links, making knowledge and best practices available to everyone.
