The Public Procurement Network has collected approximately 290 supporting instruments from 11 countries. This invaluable resource pool includes manuals, guidelines, templates, and much more, all accessible via public links, making knowledge and best practices available to everyone.

On 13th November 2025, over 30 participants from EU Member States came together online for the “Procurement Dialogues” Community of Practice. The meeting spotlighted progress on strategic public procurement roadmaps, shared challenges and successes.

Seven countries are now using the CO₂ Performance Ladder to cut emissions and make green public procurement the norm. The community met in London to share lessons, celebrate progress, and shape the next steps.

Yesterday marked the official start of our training journey, and what an inspiring beginning it was! Bundesbeschaffung GmbH, ICLEI Europe, and EY Romania kicked off with a dynamic and engaging agenda at our Vienna venue, Quartier Sechs.
