Impact Assessment Accompanying the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market

The document published by the Commission in 2021 in the context of the legislative procedure linked to the Proposal for a Regulation on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market aims to provide the economic, political and legal context within which the legislative proposal shall be interpreted.
