The CoP is a closed community and participation process involves:

• Public buyers from France, Germany, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom (in each of this countries we have local support organisations).
• The CoP is open to researchers/Universities/Knowledge Institutions from across Europe and UK.
