This pioneering group is the first initiative connecting sustainable public procurement to NEB. The community carries out desk research to better understand the links between sustainable public procurement and NEB, focuses on capacity building and engages in market dialogues and learning expeditions. It will develop recommendations for public procurers and policy makers on how to use SPP as a tool to advance the New European Bauhaus.
