This community, which is part of the Big Buyers Working Together (BBWT) project, focuses on the issue of labour rights in the value chain, with special attention to public construction and services contracts. Only public authorities that meet the definition of contracting authorities in Directive 2004/18/EC on public procurement can participate in the BBWT project.
