About Mobility

Objectives of the CoP Mobility are:

  1. Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Exchange experiences, best practices, and lessons learned in procuring zero-emission bus systems, including vehicles, charging infrastructure, and related services.
  2. Collaborative Problem Solving: Address common challenges in zero-emission bus deployment, such as energy supply, depot management, and fleet maintenance.
  3. Develop Innovative Procurement Strategies: Jointly design, test, and implement procurement strategies that support sustainable urban mobility and align with EU zero-emission targets.
  4. Promote Market Engagement: Strengthen communication and market dialogue with industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of zero-emission bus technologies.
  5. Expand Technical Expertise: Share knowledge on innovative procurement standards, criteria, and processes tailored for zero-emission technologies to support public authorities in achieving compliance with EU policies.
