Study on the Value of the Innovation Partnership – Professor Giovanni Azzone, Politecnico di Milano

This document aims to propose an easy-to-implement methodology that can be used by public buyers during the evaluation and negotiation phase of a contract based on the innovation partnership procedure. The methodology specifically: (1) defines a price limit for the contract, which ensures that no undue price is paid; (2) allows us to compare the offers of different suppliers and to determine the best one for the administration.
