SILO, in collaboration with Escuela21, has been awarded the contract for the European tender launched by the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA). The objective of this initiative is to encourage contracting authorities to foster an internal culture favorable to #innovation. Through strategic procurement training and other accompanying activities, public buyers and decision-makers will gain the necessary knowledge to enhance the understanding and management of Public Procurement processes (including procurement of innovation, green procurement, and social procurement).
