On 14 December 2023, the Commission held the 5th Co-creation session for the PPDS focusing on latest project advancements and on the services and tools that are being developed for PPDS users.
The session covered three key tools:
π PPDS website: the future PPDS website, a central tool to ensure visibility and communication, was presented to PPDS stakeholders.
π PPDS Analytical Toolset: a comprehensive presentation highlighted the capabilities of the PPDS Analytical toolset for public procurement data consultation and analysis.
π PPDS GitLab: this collaborative tool used to share documentation, gather feedback and promote long term co-creation activities was also presented during the session.
With more than 60 participants from over 23 countries including policymakers, buyers, companies and several other stakeholders, the last co-creation served, once again, as a dynamic platform for participants to engage in discussions while fostering collaboration between PPDS contributors and users.
Among the topics discussed, data quality aspects stand as a central area of interest for future sessions.
