On 11 May 2023, more than 150 participants gathered in an online session to hear about and discuss the objectives of the “Organisation of workshops in the 27 Member States to develop a dialogue on the use of strategic public procurement (green, social and innovation)” project.

The guidelines are intended to facilitate the application of the IPI Regulation by contracting authorities and contracting entities as well as by economic operators.

On February 22nd, the Public Procurement Unit of the European Commission kicked off a new initiative called 'Procurement Dialogues', to assist Member States in developing national plans on strategic procurement. The initial step, a one-hour Webex webinar, will take place on May 11th.
